Kootenay National Park is a park that is very natural with incredible natural landscape and there are many beautiful waterfalls. The Park is located in southeastern British Columbia, Canada, comprising a total of 1.406 km2 in the Canadian Rockies. The Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1984, together with Provincial Parks that form the Rocky Mountain Parks, Canada and have mountain views containing mountain peaks, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, canyons and limestone caves as well as fossils found here.

The name Kootenay National Park was taken from the Kootenay River, one of the two major rivers that flow through the Park and into the Vermillion. While the Vermillion River is really the highlight of the Park, and Kootenay rivers have headwaters outside the boundaries of the Park and flows through the Park into the Rocky Mountain trench, and eventually these rivers join with the Columbia River. The waterfall in the garden is very much at all and has a very amazing. The Park was created in 1920 as part of an agreement between the province of British Columbia and the federal Government of Canada to build the road. And eventually became the Park.

Kootenay National Park is open all year, the tourist season lasts from June to September. Most of the campgrounds are open from early May until the end of September, while winter camping places are limited and available only at Camp Dolly Varden. In the summer, the Park is very popular once the tourists from different countries, to see the beauty of the garden.
